Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. Our warehouse starts cutting and preparing orders for shipment right away. There is often a lag between when orders are shipped, and when the tracking information is sent to you. The package may be sitting in the USPS or UPS warehouse before they are scanned. If an order cannot be delivered (ie, due to an incorrect address or you are unable to provide a signature) contact our team for assistance.
